These experiences fueled my passion for driving a meaningful change.

Hence, I founded the business Workplace Harmony.

Today, I am dedicated to equipping clinicians, managers, caregivers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders with the education and actionable strategies necessary to effectively eliminate bullying from the workplace.

This goal is both attainable and critical.
